Making an Early Bird Reservation?

We offer the opportunity to place an Early Bird reservation on many of our unreleased homes. An Early Bird is a reservation that can be placed against any plot on the development prior to the release date. This means you can plan and pre-book your new home awaiting the release price and date of entry.

Although we are unable to give you a fixed price when taking an Early Bird reservation, we may be able to give you an indicative price.

We ask that you pay a deposit of £150 to secure your preferred house, ensuring you have first option when it is released for sale. Then sit back and relax.

What Happens Next?

We will be in touch with you as soon as your Early Bird plot is released for sale. At this stage, the sales executive will inform you of the price and anticipated date of entry. If you chose not to proceed with the full reservation then £75 will be refunded back to you.

Please be aware that the projected date of entry is only anticipated, and further updates will be given as the build progresses.

We ask that you advise the Sales Executive within 48 hours of your intention to proceed so that the reservation can take place or the property can be offered to other clients.

Further Information

When proceeding with a reservation you need to have an agreement in principal of your mortgage offer. We can refer you to our panel of Independent Financial Advisors to guide you through this process. See here.
