We also know that you will want to customise your home to your own taste and style and so we offer a choice of standard finishes and a carefully selected range of upgrade options to allow you to style your home your way.
Kitchens
You will have a choice of superior quality kitchens, in a range of colours and styles to match your individual taste, with luxury upgrade options and appliances to help you enjoy time spent in the kitchen.
Bathrooms and En suites
All our bathrooms come with pristine white sanitaryware and a choice of tiling. Select from a choice of standard options or upgrades to tile height and design.
Bedrooms
Master bedrooms have fitted wardrobes in a choice of standard or upgrade finishes. You can also choose to have fitted wardrobes in other bedrooms.
Because we know you want your new home to be perfect, we also offer a great selection of optional extras such as flooring, gardens and interior design.
Your Sales Executive will talk you through all options available to you and explain upgrade options. Please note that choices are dependent on the stage of build process.
There are no hidden surprises, and you’ll find a full specification list with each home.
Generous, well-designed storage space is always included in our home designs.
All have built-in storage cupboards, fitted wardrobes and some homes enjoy separate utility areas to provide all the space you need.
