Once you’ve selected your new Robertson Living home, our Sales Executive will take some basic details about your property as part of your EasyMove application, together with a £500 holding fee.
2. BENEFIT FROM TWO VALUATIONS ON YOUR PROPERTY
Access must be permitted within 48 hours of the EasyMove enquiry being submitted. Estate agents will provide their professional opinion to Living by Robertson who will discuss with you what your home is likely to sell for.
3. AGREE A MINIMUM PRICE & MARKET YOUR HOME
We’ll discuss the valuations with you and agree a price for your home. You now have an EasyMove Reservation on your new home! The selected estate agent will list your property once your conditional missive is in place. We’ll then market your home for an initial 6 week period. We even cover the cost of your Home Report and estate agent fees!
4. AGREE A SALE & SECURE YOUR DREAM HOME
Our EasyMove scheme has an incredible track record, which is why we are confident we will find you a buyer within 6 weeks!
