Living by Robertson’s Cherry Tree Park Development of 82 homes and apartments in Livingston is now sold out.
Launched in March 2021, the development features Living by Robertson’s new International Range of housetypes, where the emphasis is on thoughtful design and superior quality specification. The 82 homes include modern 2-bedroom apartments and 2, 3 and 4-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes. This new characteristic neighbourhood has welcomed 42 homeowners to date into high spec, energy-efficient homes built with high-performance insulation, PV solar panels, UPVC double-glazed windows and modern energy-efficient heating systems.

The Walker family, who moved into the stunning 4 bedroom Monaco housetype at Cherry Tree Park in April 2022, said that they decided to buy a new build Living by Robertson home on this development because of the size of the home, the great location and because they love the fact that each home has its own unique look.
