Options, options, options…

Sometimes it feels like everybody is rushing; permanently online; checking in; getting on; getting connected. It’s enough to make your head spin.

At Living by Robertson we know that living life to the max means very different things to different people. So we talked to our customers, put our heads together – and came up with really rather fabulous, two bedroom apartments at Quayside, Ferry Village in Renfrew.

For those who like to be connected, there are first class transport links by public transport, motorway access nearby and only a short taxi ride to Glasgow airport.

For those who seek more tranquil moments, the apartments are literally on the banks of the Clyde, with a sunny walk and cycle path just outside the front door to soak up the fresh air and sounds of nature.

For those who love to cook, we have installed well designed kitchens for culinary masterpieces; just add imagination and the right ingredients.

For those who think life is too short to peel a carrot, there are multiple options for eating out within easy walking distance, both at Soar and Braehead.

For shopaholics, Quayside residents are five minutes’ walk away from Scotland’s largest retail centre. Whether you seek killer shoes or just a tub of peanut butter – it’s all too easy.

Lots of people loathe shopping, but they can easily avoid it since Braehead is out of sight, on the far side of a leafy park. No need to shop till you drop (but handy if you want to make a quick purchase and even quicker escape).

Open plan living and dining is ever popular, so we offer two apartment styles where the chat need not cease while dinner is prepared.

Others want to keep mess out of sight, so we’ve designed an apartment for you too, where the kitchen and living areas are neatly separate.

Many folks can’t live without a car, so each apartment has private parking in a courtyard area, with guest spaces as well, of course.

But at Quayside, you really don’t need one – with easy public transport available to Paisley, Renfrew and Glasgow you could opt to save both money and the planet by doing without private transport. It’s your choice.

It’s great to live alone and enjoy the benefits of being master of all you do. Paint the master bedroom purple with fairy lights if you want, or create a haven of peace and tranquillity in your own terms.

But if you meet “The One” there’s plenty space to build a first proper home together – with a spare room for the in laws, shared friends or even a new addition to the family?

Some people know exactly what they are doing so we will keep the sales process simple and unobtrusive if that’s what you want.

But for first time buyers, house purchase and arranging mortgages can be daunting, and for those, we’re with you every step of the way, with advice on all the different aspects of buying a home, including the government’s Help To Buy scheme for those who qualify.

What we are saying is that Quayside apartments are every bit as individual as you are, and the options they bring are second to none.

If you’d like to check it out for yourself, we have some friendly people waiting to welcome you to the Quayside community.
